Add sliding arrow or other drawer affordance to the "Additional info" button

Description
The "Additional info" button at the top of Workbench 2 resource pages could make its purpose clearer if it came with an arrow or other affordance to indicate that it slides a pane in and out of view. This would make it more friendly to work with both because it would make clearer that clicking it isn't going to leave the current page; and that you can click it again to close the information pane.
