"Move to" button does not work with heterogeneous multiselect

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select multiple objects of different types (I did multiple collections and a workflow definition)
  2. Press the "Move to" button

Expected result: I get the project selection popup

Actual result: Nothing happens beyond the button click animation

As of this writing, workflow definitions and workflow runs don't offer a 'Move' operation

As a result, selecting a workflow definition and a collection or a workflow definition and a project doesn't offer any multiselect operations.

Selecting a project and a collection offers "move" and "trash". I tried the "move" operation with two different types of items selected and it behaved correctly. So I think this bug has been fixed.
