Long chips overflow right side panel

Description

Long properties chips on projects cause overflow issues on the right side panel and can cause the tabs to get cut off as well.

It already places long chips on a new line but it should truncate (ideally with ellipse and tooltip for full value) if it can't fit on its own line.
