Description
Found an edge case where the following steps causes an unintended left panel uncollapse
- open details panel
- resize left panel all the way to the right
- collapse left panel
- close details panel
- left panel now is at uncollapsed size

- Changed collapsed left panel to use max-width so that it overrides any width set by triggered resize calculations while collapsed (closing details panel after left panel has been collapsed while details panel was pushed out of existence)
