Collections cannot be restored from Trash with the toolbar

Description

When trying to restore a collection from Trash, you can do it through the context menu just fine, but if you use the toolbar at the top, it fails with the message "Could not restore project from trash." The "Restore from Trash" button also remains disabled, even after the restoration fails.
