Ansible installer supports TLS private key password socket

Description

Basically, port source:tools/salt-install/config_examples/multi_host/aws/states/ssl_key_encrypted.sls to the Ansible installer.

You might be tempted to rewrite this a socket-activated service, but note that isn't possible. See #20035#note-7.
