Breadcrumbs don't update after editing resource title

Description

If you edit the name of a resource, the breadcrumb that contains that name doesn't update until you refresh.

  1. View any editable resource
  2. Note the name of that resource in the rightmost breadcrumb
  3. Edit the name of that resource
  4. The name changes everywhere but the breadcrumbs, so you see 2 different names for the same resource on the same screen

Ideally, breadcrumbs would update when the other visible names update.
