Description
salt-single-host already documents Ansible after #22866, and salt-multi-host will eventually do the same. Rename both to be more generic. Try to arrange a redirect from the old URLs if at all practical.

Discussed at standup that nobody feels called to review this since it's purely mechanical. I didn't find a way to make a proper redirect. I made placeholder pages with links to the new location, and updated all internal links.
