Description

Due to the migration of the WB dev image to ansible in #23115, we ended up with a much more recent version of Firefox, which doesn't launch properly in interactive mode.

This seems to be fixed with cypress v14+, so we'll need to upgrade cypress and fix any resulting test flakes/failures.

Background detail but I don't think this is why, I think it's when we upgraded to Debian 12 in #23094.
