3.2-staging is forked off e58cf6e5f2f1a77365764093358da3d55d936c66 which was pushed to main last night.

It entered the build pipeline: run-tests: #7283

All of the following passed manual testing: nginx service container (following the user guide), S3 bulk download with parallelism (this triggered the arv-mount race before), Workbench folder upload to collection, ZIP file download, groups editing, "copy UUID" action.
