This had multiple failures:
  • unrelated flaky dispatchcloud test introduced in #20471, fixed in 58caf796760b9f9071ad68d8d5e5621ce6ed114a
  • crunch-run test that might indicate a real problem or might be another unlucky flaky test
  • python test, ditto: FAILED tests/test_events.py::WebsocketTest::test_subscribe_websocket_with_start_time_past - TimeoutError: timed out while waiting for handshake response

Yeah unfortunately this has been a semi-regular error since we upgraded the Jenkins worker nodes to Debian 13. I'll make a ticket.
