The faraday dependency comes from arvados-google-api-client, so we'll need to publish a new version to make that happen. I have set everything up in my local environment and RailsAPI passes tests.
developer-run-tests: #5033 is testing the commit that changes arvados-google-api-client. If it passes, I will publish then test again with the changes to RailsAPI before merging.
