"Fiddlesticks" message when inspecting a log from workbench

Description

When trying to view a log from one of my most recent jobs, I get a fiddlesticks message. A screenshot is attached. Just for clarity, I've attached a screenshot of the workbench with the link I clicked to get to the fiddlesticks page. The failing URL for the log link is:

The job UUID is "qr1hi-8i9sb-7t6717h8lkflkaq", running the 'systemInfo.py' script I've created.

Note that when going back from the fiddlesticks screen triggers bug #2862 (the invalid rendering of the workbench).
