[Workbench] When a non-existing or deleted project uuid is accessed, the "not found" message is confusing

If I were to access a non-existing project uuid (https://localhost:3000/projects/some-uuid-that-is-not-a-project), I see a "Not Found" error. This error says, "Perhaps you'd like to browse all groups?". It should say, "perhaps you'd . . . all projects". The link in this error page itself is correct, and it takes me to projects home page.
