[Workbench] Add "Copy template from other project" button to project view

Description

Should be easy to copy someone else's template into my own project.

  • similar to / near the "add data" button?
  • "copy this template" to {select a project} while viewing a template?
  • "make a copy of the template" option while choosing a template from the "run pipeline" button at the top of the project view?
