[Workbench] Improve Content Address/UUID display on Collection page

Updated almost 10 years ago.
Description
All throughout the marketing literature and documentation we describe Keep as content addressable. Technically, I believe that a Content Address is a hash, but it would be more clear and consistent if the UI also referred to it as a Content Address rather than a Content Hash.
Also, now that collections can be updated and versioned, the GUID is important. Right now the GUID most clearly appears in the URL. To make it more obvious to users that a collection has both a Content Address and a GUID, perhaps the GUID should be listed in the description box.
Finally, since people sometime copy GUIDs and Content Addresses, it would be nice to have a copy gesture right in the UI (e.g. clicking on the item could copy or small button).
