[Workbench] Propagate old search engine meta tags in sync with Open Graph data

Description

We set some very generic meta tags in the header of all Workbench pages. For a more consistent appearance across search engines and social sites, make sure those meta tags are filled in the same way our Open Graph tags are: they should include a real project title, description, etc.
