Description
This causes a lot of bugs for teams who use both workbench and shell nodes to run pipeline instances, since pipeline instances which run perfectly fine using the shell (https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/pipeline_instances/su92l-d1hrv-21vfolpsd2xyc59) cannot be run if "Copy and Edit Inputs" is chosen in workbench (https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/pipeline_instances/su92l-d1hrv-ftmhszw632xji8j)
