[SDKs] CLI tools support Mac

Description

Mac is POSIX, and all our tools are written in interpreted languages, so there's no reason they shouldn't work. See below for known impediments. If you find more, add them.

The Python Keep client tries to set the TCP_KEEPIDLE option on its connection to Keep. This does not exist on Mac.
