[SDKs] arv-put's default output includes both collection UUID and PDH

Description
If I'm going to run a pipeline (arv pipeline run --template=uuid Run-Tool::input=collection-hash) and inputting new collections all the time, I would like to see the collection hash from arv-put and put it straight on the command line without going through workbench.

FYI you can run arv-put --portable-data-hash today to make that the output. It sounds like you'd like the default output to include both that and UUID?

Ah, I did not know that. I would like both I think. But having --portable-data-hash works for me.
