datamanager is looking at 'redundancy' instead of 'replication_desired'

Description

It seems that datamanager is expecting the desired replication level to be named "redundancy" when in fact it is now called "replication_desired"

This causes datamanager to ignore "replication_desired" and to instead treat all collections as if they want default replication.
