Description

When showing a container request with state=Uncommitted, Workbench should display a Run button. Clicking the Run button should change the CR state to Committed, and (if needed) reload the Workbench page in order to ensure it refreshes itself as the container runs/completes.

For testing purposes, use a CR that looks like it came from #9767 or #9043.
