Description

This will involve establishing some arvados-controller infrastructure/patterns, including:
  • api routing
  • "current user" context
  • read/write permission checks
  • handling "update selected fields" operations
  • database queries
  • generic validations (owner_uuid)
  • model-specific validations (check yaml syntax)
  • tests
