Related to https://dev.arvados.org/issues/7568 (why was that closed?)
Could be hourly snapshots, or based upon a memory threshold. Restoring on a node with more resources could be automatic or require user intervention.
Would not be available for `networkAccess: true` CWL tasks, for simplicity.
