[Workbench] Progress bar not fully green when all jobs/tasks complete successfully

Description

When a pipeline successfully completes, the progress bar does not fill in completely. For small pipelines consistenting of a few jobs and/or tasks the progress bar is completely filled in but if there are enough jobs/tasks, then the progress bar does not completely fill in.

I have seen this on many pipelines, but the one I most recently saw it on was:
