Description

When going to the GitHub page for Arvados, there is nothing there (that I can see) on how to contribute to Arvados. Searching through arvados.org it's not clear where the guidelines for contribution is. There is a section called 'Want to contribute?' on doc.arvados.org but this redirects back to the GitHub page (with no e.g. CONTRIBUTION.md file) and to the arvados.org site.

Looking at the 'wiki' tab on the arvados.org site, this deposits me to the 'Arvados Contributor Wiki' but only after scrolling to the bottom do I see a 'Contribution and hacking' section with one section called 'How to Contribute' with only 5 bullet points. It would be nice if those 5 points were expanded on to include more detail on the process. For example, there is no mention of the code review process, the testing framework required, Jenkins tests or other parts of the development process that code goes through before being deployed to production.
