[keep-rsync] Rename "replications" to "replicas"

Description

"Replicas" is the terminology we use elsewhere (in the Keep API itself, and in other client code); it's fine English; and it's shorter. Switch over for consistency. keep-rsync can continue to recognize and obey the -replications switch for backward compatibility.
